From day one with my initial contact to the Admiral Management Services team it was been nothing but a phenomenal experience. The building and our apartment specifically are both of a first-class nature providing nothing but the best amenities to its tenants. Having been a tenant of multiple properties between New York City and Northeast Pennsylvania, I can confidently say that my experience with Admiral Management Services and 426 Mulberry, has been by far the most pleasant and enjoyable experience to date. I have lived in luxury apartment buildings in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, and now Scranton, for over 35 years. The Connell Lofts is far and away the best managed and maintained building in which I’ve lived. Management responds immediately to any concerns raised. The common areas—lobbies, mail alcove, hallways, elevators, and trash rooms—are always impeccable. Everything about the Connell Building is top-notch.
